to Katie M for buying me a ☕️ last week. This was the FIRST EVER coffee bought for The Science Freelancer. Your support means a lot and inspired me to look for more gigs and resources this week.

If you would like to support this newsletter as well, here’s the simplest way you can.

Before we get to the gigs, a word from sponsors of this week’s edition.

Struggling to make more than $5k/month as a writer?

  • Stop positioning yourself as a “freelancer”—instead, be a Premium Ghostwriter

  • Stop writing “anything” for “anyone”—instead, create a Premium Offer

  • Stop trawling Fiverr or newsletters for clients—instead, use Premium Outreach

Stop “freelancing.”

Before we head to the last few sections of the newsletter, I would like to share how I plan to run this newsletter.

Most newsletters usually hide opportunities behind a paywall, which can really hurt freelancers when the chips are down. Paying $5 or $8 a month, just to get a glimpse of an opportunity does not seem fair.

So, I want to run The Science Freelancer on a “Pass-it-On“ model, where freelancers who are doing well chip in. This month, it could be you; next month, it could be someone else.

Not a subscription, no commitment, just whatever you can give now.

One Coffee, Two Coffees, Three Coffees!

(More the coffees, lesser the Ads 🙂).

Katie M did it last week. Will you be next?

A friendly reminder.

Each freelancer is unique and works differently. Some opportunities in this edition may not work for you, but they could be a perfect fit for another freelancer.

So, if you see a gig that is right up someone else’s alley, send this newsletter to your freelancer friend and earn some brownie points.
